For some reason, white has started showing around my pictures 
unless I save them off the internet, then I delete the white bits, it won't show up (don't think it will, anyway) So, .png version will be uploaded ASAP
Nope, Paint.NET won't have it I don't know why, but it won't work for me for some reason
